About the catalog
How to choose a psychological test online
The Theraphea catalog is built as a navigator through online psychological tests: it has short scales for initial self-observation, extended personality questionnaires, and dedicated tests for specific topics. This is not medical diagnostics and not a "verdict by score", but a way to gently see where there is more tension right now and which topic is worth exploring more deeply.
If your query is clear, you can open the right tool right away: for example, PHQ-9 for depressive symptoms, STAI for anxiety, PCL-5 for post-traumatic symptoms, or ASRS for signs of ADHD in adults. If your query is vague, it is better to start with the broad PDSQ screening or with the AI test that suggests a route based on a description of your situation.
Which test to choose by request
Four short routes help you avoid scrolling the whole catalog by hand.
Depression, low energy, loss of interest
PHQ-9 works well for a quick screening. If you want a broader look at the depressive background and bodily manifestations, you can take the Zung SDS scale or HADS.
PHQ-9Zung SDSHADSAnxiety, tension, panic reactions
STAI separates state and trait anxiety. Zung SAS gives a short general reference point; HADS is handy when anxiety comes alongside low mood.
STAISASHADSObsessions, rituals, post-traumatic symptoms
Y-BOCS-SR helps assess the severity of obsessions and compulsions. PCL-5 is suitable if the symptoms are linked to traumatic experience.
Y-BOCS-SRPCL-5PDSQPersonality, character, psychological defenses
Mini-IPIP gives a quick Big Five profile, IPIP-NEO-120 reveals 30 facets, and LSI/MIPZ show habitual psychological defense styles.
Mini-IPIPIPIP-NEO-120LSIMIPZA quick, medium, or deep test
A short test is handy for an initial reference point. A detailed one is needed when the profile by scales, factors, or facets matters.

An important frame: the results of online tests cannot be used as a diagnosis, a basis for self-treatment, or a final conclusion about yourself. If a result is high, repeats several times, or matches a real decline in your life, it is better to discuss it with a specialist.
