Theraphea Terms of Use
Rules for accessing Theraphea self-assessments, accounts, results, and editorial material.
The essentialsTheraphea is an informational service for adults. It does not diagnose, replace professional care, or provide emergency help. Age and sensitive-data consent are confirmed separately before a test.
Operator and acceptance
Theraphea at theraphea.com is provided by MIRACLE CO., registration number 7268792, 100 Elgar Pl Ste 17F, Bronx, NY 10475, USA (“Theraphea”, “we”, “us”).
By using the site, creating an account, or starting a test after these Terms are presented, you agree to these Terms. Test-data consent, cookies, research, and marketing are separate choices and are not accepted merely by agreeing to the Terms.
If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Eligibility and age
Theraphea is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Before a test, age is confirmed through a separate unchecked box.
If you are under 18, do not create an account, start a test, or submit answers. Self-declaration is not identity verification and does not override mandatory local law.
What Theraphea provides
Theraphea provides free psychometric self-assessments, automatic scoring under defined rules, informational explanations, editorial material, and, where available, an account for managing results.
Features may be experimental, temporarily unavailable, or limited by country, language, device, or technical compatibility.
- Self-assessments can currently be completed without payment.
- A result may be stored under a random identifier and made available through a unique link.
- Accounts, contact forms, consultation requests, and third-party sign-in are available only where the corresponding feature is enabled.
- The current Next.js application does not send new test answers for external AI interpretation; a previously stored explanation may be displayed with an existing result.
Not medical care
Theraphea is not a healthcare provider, telemedicine service, psychotherapist, physician, crisis line, or emergency service. A result is an automated informational self-assessment.
Do not use a result as a diagnosis, prescription, reason to start, stop, or change treatment, or the sole basis for an important decision. Discuss a concerning result with a qualified professional.
If there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or another person, a serious deterioration, or another emergency, stop using the service and contact local emergency services or an available crisis service.
Consent before a test
Answers and results may reveal mental-health information. Before the first question, you separately confirm age and explicitly consent to processing these data to score, store, and display the selected self-assessment.
If you do not consent, the test cannot start because processing answers is technically necessary for the requested feature. This consent does not cover advertising, marketing, research, model training, additional AI processing, or article analytics.
The consent version, time, locale, purpose, and method are linked to the attempt and result. We do not collect an IP address solely to prove consent.
Accounts, sessions, and unique links
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and devices. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
A unique result link and any access capability issued with it operate as access secrets. Anyone holding a valid link may see the permitted part of the result. Do not publish it, and revoke access where that function is available.
For a result not linked to an account, we may use a protected owner session to verify management rights. The database stores a cryptographic hash rather than the plaintext secret.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and must not interfere with other users or the infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to access another person’s result, account, or administrative function or bypass an access restriction.
- Do not scrape, make automated bulk requests, conduct load attacks, reverse engineer protected areas, or distribute malicious code.
- Do not present a result as a medical opinion or use it for discrimination, coercion, or a legally significant decision about another person.
- Do not submit another person’s information without proper authority and a lawful basis.
Intellectual property
Theraphea code, interface, brand, articles, original copy, and editorial selection belong to us or are used under licence. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to personal, non-commercial use.
Rights in particular psychometric instruments, names, and source materials may belong to their authors or rightsholders. Inclusion on Theraphea does not mean that Theraphea claims exclusive ownership of an instrument or permits its reproduction.
You retain rights in material you provide and grant us only the limited permission needed to process it for the requested function and purposes in the Privacy Policy.
Vendors and external services
The site may use Vercel, Supabase, and enabled authentication providers as infrastructure providers or independent controllers within their own functions.
OpenAI is used to create embeddings for editorial blog material; test answers and results are not included in that flow. Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, remarketing, and advertising pixels are not loaded in the current site version.
External websites and services are governed by their own terms. We do not control their content or availability.
Availability and service changes
The service is provided as available. We may update scoring, interfaces, vendors, restrictions, or the catalogue, or discontinue a function for security, legal, quality, or product reasons.
We try to preserve compatibility and give notice of material changes, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or permanent result storage.
Fees
Current Theraphea self-assessments are free. The site does not currently enable payment, subscriptions, or recurring charges. If a paid service is introduced, price, provider, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase in separate terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant clinical accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or agreement with a professional assessment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MIRACLE CO. and its vendors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the free service.
We do not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our actionable conduct, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that law does not permit us to limit.
If a limitation in this section is unavailable under mandatory local law, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Suspension
We may restrict or end access for a breach of these Terms, a security threat, abuse, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonable and safe, we will provide a way to access data or appeal the decision.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by New York law and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in a competent state or federal court in New York.
Before litigation, either party may try to resolve the issue by writing to info@deeppsysolutions.com. This does not restrict a right to contact a regulator, seek urgent relief, go to court, or exercise mandatory rights where you live.
Mandatory local law and jurisdiction continue to apply to the extent they cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We publish a version and date. Material changes take effect after prominent notice and do not convert an earlier separate consent into consent for a new processing purpose. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where the law does not require a separate action.
