Psychometric Test Data Consent
What a user confirms before the first question, what is recorded, and how consent can be withdrawn.
Separate from cookies and TermsThis consent covers only answers and the result of the selected test. It does not include advertising, marketing, research, model training, additional AI processing, or article analytics.
Who receives consent
Consent is given to MIRACLE CO., registration number 7268792, 100 Elgar Pl Ste 17F, Bronx, NY 10475, USA, operator of Theraphea at theraphea.com.
Age
Before starting, the user confirms through a separate unchecked box that they are at least 18. Without this confirmation, the test does not start.
Explicit consent statement
“I explicitly consent to the processing of my answers and result, which may reveal mental-health information, so Theraphea can score, store, and display this self-assessment.”
The box is empty by default. Start, sex-selection, and resume actions stay disabled until age and this consent are separately confirmed.
Data categories
- Test identifier and versioned definition.
- Answers, including answers about symptoms, state, behaviour, and other sensitive topics.
- Sex only for instruments where it forms part of the defined scoring.
- Scores, subscales, severity, crisis indicators, and other automatically calculated result elements.
- Start and completion time, locale, random attempt/result ID, and scoring version.
- Minimal consent evidence: version, time, purpose, method, and 18+ confirmation.
Operations and specific purpose
The purpose is to conduct the self-assessment you select: receive and validate answers, calculate the result, temporarily save during a network error, store it on the server, display it, and provide the access you choose.
Operations include collection, organisation, storage, calculation, retrieval, disclosure under a valid access right, restriction, and deletion. The output is not a medical diagnosis.
Recipients
Google Ads, GTM, and advertising pixels are not recipients. OpenAI’s blog-embedding flow does not receive answers or results. A new AI, research, or advertising recipient would require a separate basis and new consent where applicable.
- Vercel for site delivery and the processing server function.
- Supabase for database, authentication, and server result storage.
- Limited authorised personnel or contractors for security, support, error resolution, or a lawful request.
- A person to whom you deliberately grant a valid right or link, limited to the permissions selected.
Retention
A new server result is generally retained for up to 365 days unless deleted earlier or a mandatory basis requires longer retention. Unfinished local progress remains until completion, restart, or clearing; the outbox and temporary result remain for up to 24 hours with lazy expiry.
Consent evidence may remain longer than the result if reasonably necessary for legal compliance, claim defence, or proof of withdrawal, without retaining extra answers solely as evidence.
What is recorded
The result is linked to version 2026-07-29.1, timestamp, purpose score_and_store_psychometric_test, method explicit_checkbox, 18+ confirmation, locale, and attempt/result ID. IP, email, and raw answers are not duplicated in a separate consent log solely as evidence.
Withdrawal and deletion
Before submission, stop the test and clear site data. After storage, you may withdraw future consent and request deletion at info@deeppsysolutions.com.
To protect data, we may verify an account or owner session or another valid right. Withdrawal acts prospectively and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Without another mandatory basis, the relevant data is deleted or isolated.
What this consent does not include
- Cookies and article analytics.
- Advertising, remarketing, enhanced conversions, and cross-site tracking.
- Research, publication, model training, or algorithm improvement using individual answers.
- Additional AI interpretation involving an external provider.
- Marketing messages or contact about a consultation request.
- A new test, new purpose, or incompatible data category.
Jurisdiction-specific limits
This explicit electronic consent is designed for a consumer self-assessment flow. Where law requires written consent containing prescribed details and an electronic signature, a checkbox may be insufficient; a suitable e-signature/OTP process and local infrastructure are required before a targeted launch.
